Cuba Passport Holders requires Transit Visa from 15 March 2022

As of March 15, 2022, citizens holding Cuban passports will need a transit visa.
The Visa for Passengers or Crew in Transit is established as a requirement for foreign citizens of Cuban nationality who travel in transit through the Republic of Panama, to another destination or return to their country, for a period of three (3) months.
The Visa for Passengers or Crew in Transit for Cuban citizens may be granted for up to a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours and the migrant is only authorized to remain in the international transit area of the airport. This visa must be requested personally by the interested party before the Panamanian consulate of the country in which they are located, with a minimum period of fifteen (15) business days prior to the date of travel.
