Proof of Life 

• The Document of Proof of Life should be written in Spanish and this process must be done within the first 6 months of every year (From January to June). According to the CIRCULAR DGPE-DC-No. 1647. If by July the applicant have not send the ‘Proof of life’ the check will be retain.

After being certified by the Consulate, you can send the document directly to the Social Security Department (Tel: +507-261-4413) by courier to this address:
