Visas

Tourist visa: not required for stays of up to 30 days
Student visa: required

If you plan to visit or transit through mainland China, make sure you obtain a Chinese visa at your country of residency before your trip. Every country or territory decides who can enter or exit through its borders. The Government of Panama and/or Representatives (Embassies and/or Consulates of Panama) cannot intervene on your behalf if you do not meet your destination’s entry or exit requirements.

If you plan to travel between Hong Kong, Macao and mainland China, make sure you apply for a visa allowing multiple entries.
