| Job Description: |
| – Serve clients (agents, sailors, companies) with their questions and / or requests. – Receive incoming calls and communications to convey them to the appropriate personnel. – Work in close collaboration and communication with the “Department of Vessels and Certification” and “SEGUMAR office” for the proper processing of documentation. – Maintain daily work in the computer system for Certificates of Competence, approving applications with attention to detail. – Check documentation transmitted from the Regional Office with the data in the internal system for its segregation and delivery. – Keep the documentation up to date and organized. – Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to provide the necessary administrative support. |
