Renewal of Panamanian ID

This Consulate does not process the renewal of the Panamanian identity card (cédula).

The cédula is issued and renewed by the Tribunal Electoral de Panamá. This service is available only at a limited number of Panamanian consulates abroad, and Hong Kong is not one of them.
