The recent visit of IMO Secretary-General, Mr. Arsenio Dominguez, to Hong Kong was a significant event for the maritime community in the region. During his visit, Mr. Dominguez was warmly welcomed by the Hong Kong Chief Executive, Mr. John Lee, and other leaders of the international maritime community. The Consul General of Panama in Hong Kong, Mr. Jaime Campuzano, and the Senior Technical Officer of the SEGUMAR office in Hong Kong, Mr. Rolando Hernandez, also extended their greetings to Mr. Dominguez, highlighting the significance of his visit.
